The Commonwealth Government introduced the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System (QIAS) for Long Day Care Child Care Centres on the 1st of January 1994.
All Headstart Childcare centres are
constantly focused on improving the quality of our child care service in the
following four main areas:-
Interaction between staff and children, and
interaction between staff and parents.
Headstart's programme
of activities for the children.
