Headstart Childcare Centres have a fully Qualified Director in attendance.  Each unit in the centre is staffed by a Qualified Group Leader and an Assistant who are responsible for the organisation and curriculum of each room.

Relief Staff work with the children during lunch breaks, student free time, holidays and other staff absences.  Additional Assistants will be working in the centres when special needs children attend.

At Headstart our policy is to employ qualified staff in conjunction with providing training to improve our quality of service.
